This is about your family; your achieving your goals and your highest income generation ability. Do not skip this Interview. How much money did you manage?

What documents did you write or prepare?

Were you a company Trainer? and if so How many did you train totally and their job titles (range) and did you travel offsite to train others or set up the training?

What are your most important accomplishments on each job?

How many and types of leadership/staff supported?

What is your greatest accomplishment of ALL times?

Have you ever lead or oversaw our launched or recommended or worked as part of a team during an IT systems install, launch or migration and overhaul?

Did you make hiring decisions or recommendations and conduct job interviews?

What were your external communications – who did you coordinate with outside of your company? What were their job titles?

Employee of the Month, Quarter or Year?

Led the team to what ranking?

Ranked #1 out of how many?

Led a project or served as a member of a special committee?

What were your project management achievements and positive outcomes

Saved money and cut costs?

Recovered funds and how and by doing what?

Fixed a broken process of system?

Increased sales what percent over the previous year (s)?

Launched what new products and services?

Turned a lagging team/business/department/division/company from what to what?

Traveled and rolled out which new locations?
